We are now looking for a graduate to Applied Data Science, where you’ll be part of enabling Nordea to become customer centric and data-driven by advising & empowering stakeholders with platforms, tools, insights, analytics and solutions to help accomplish the mission of being a strong and personal financial partner.
The graduate programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. You’ll be connected to several people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme. You’ll also be offered mentoring, to ensure your personal and professional growth. We believe that we are fundamentally better together, and we believe in empowering all of our employees with challenging tasks. As a Graduate, your voice will be heard and challenging the status quo is encouraged. When it comes to your tasks, you'll take a deep dive into important value adding projects and assignments from day one.

We share the common passion to work with massive amount of data and deliver complex analyses and solutions, contributing towards Nordea’s digital transformation journey. You’ll take part in the digital revolution by giving us the possibility to connect even more with our customers’ needs and build the tools to enable dreams and aspirations. We support functions across Nordea in creating and enabling data driven decision-making to create great customer experiences and solve exciting business problems.
As a graduate in Applied Data Science, during the length of the programme you will rotate between our different units based on your personal development plans, where learning and growth define which task and projects you’ll be responsible for or participate in within the following domains:
