Field Services Supervisor

Epinion is an international market research agency with teams of market research interviewers working in many airports throughout the world. We are currently looking for a Field Services Supervisor to work at Heathrow Airport.

The Field Services Supervisor plays a vital role in the field team. Working closely with other Supervisors in managing the field force to co-ordinate the execution of surveys in accordance with the Epinion Market Research Guidelines and Heathrow’s demand.

The Field Services Supervisor will be responsible for reporting to the Field manager and assisting colleagues with:

• Being first contact as well as the line manager for Interviewers.
• All field work and projects to ensure that the required interviews are delivered at the highest quality.
• Onboarding new interviewers to meet the required number of interviews on core & ad hoc surveys.
• General administration tasks such as shift approvals, support with rostering, recruitment, newsletters, ID signatory etc.

Skills required are as follows:

• The ability to lead by example.
• The ability to motivate a team and possess good communication and organizational skills.
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Knowledge of Heathrow airport is an advantage. Team player who can fit and adapt to evolving situations as well as being able to notice and solve problems as they arise.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint would be advantageous.

The role is full-time contract 09:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday
