SAP Testing Lead - EMEA

What you will do

Are you experienced in testing SAP implementations? Join us as our new Testing Lead! This role is an IT and Business leadership position, responsible for coordinating all aspects of testing for the SAP implementation program in the EMEA region. The scope includes leading teams in a matrixed organization and working with local, regional, and global IT teams to deliver SAP projects for business units.

You will support deployment integration test activities across Johnson Controls including owning the processes related to test execution of unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

How you will do it

• Implement the testing strategy for all business units migrating to SAP in accordance with the rollout plan
  
  
• Build high-quality test plans and checklists that can be clearly communicated to the project team and end users
  
  
• Establish and own the cadence for collecting, analyzing, presenting, and supervising status to the team and executive management using best-in-class tools
  
  
• Collect, analyze, and present project lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement
  
  
• Work closely with other work stream leaders to properly sequence activities for the launch
  
  

What we look for

Required

• Demonstrated ability in the planning, design, and deployment of SAP
  
  
• SAP project management and testing experience from ERP implementations
  
  
• Solid project management skills, coordinating project teams with individuals of different background
  
  
• Work effectively and independently with other teams at various levels of the organization levels
  
  
• Exceptionally good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Experience using test execution software (Panaya preferred) and test automation software experience (Worksoft preferred)
  
  

Preferred

• Integration experience to ramp up edge applications that are part of the future state
  
  
• SAP experience in OTC, PTP, PTF, EWM, and RTR
  
  
• MDG, S/4, and BW experience
