Are you pursuing a bachelor’s d[xxxxx]ree or at the b[xxxxx]inning of your master’s within HR, communication, or a related field, and looking for a hands-on internship where you can challenge yourself, develop your capabilities, and take on real responsibility from day one?

Your Role: Supporting strat[xxxxx]ic and operational HR initiatives
As an HR Intern, you will be part of our HR Business Partner team and support a wide range of strat[xxxxx]ic and operational HR activities.

Your tasks may include:

  • Contributing to internal communication, and helping us turn ideas, changes, and new initiatives into clear, engaging messages for leaders and employees.


  • Supporting projects within onboarding, talent development, leadership support, change management, and employee experience.


  • Preparing material for HR processes, leadership meetings, and organisational initiatives.


This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience with the full HR spectrum while working side by side with colleagues who take pride in their craft and are always ready to share knowledge.

We imagine that you:

  • Are structured, proactive, and attentive to detail.


  • Are confident working in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


  • Communicate clearly – both in writing and verbally – in Danish and English.


  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with many priorities.


  • Take ownership, follow through on your tasks, and enjoy collaborating with many different people of various nationalities and cultures.


  • Approach your work with curiosity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Practical details:

  • Location: Hedeager 44, Aarhus N.


  • Duration: 3–4 months.


  • Weekly hours: 30–37 hours, with time allocated for writing your academic. assignment.


  • Start: Mid or late August 2026 (agreed individually).


  • The internship is unpaid, but we are happy to provide breakfast and lunch during your time with us.
