As a Bid Manager at [xxxxx], you will play a key role in securing major business opportunities by leading strat[xxxxx]ic and complex bids endtoend. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and l[xxxxx]al, and act as a trusted advisor when critical commercial and strat[xxxxx]ic decisions are made. This is a role for an experienced bid professional who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and wants to influence both outcomes and processes.

You will become part of [xxxxx]’s Division for Healthcare and Citizen Welfare, where we develop, market, and deliver digital solutions that support essential services across the Nordics. Our solutions help municipalities, r[xxxxx]ions, and other professionals provide effective and citizen focused healthcare and welfare services - making this division a strat[xxxxx]ic cornerstone in [xxxxx]’s overall business.

Our solutions support private and public critical services and strengthening our market position is a key strat[xxxxx]ic priority.

Your Role: Leading complex bid processes from start to submission

As a Bid Manager, you will have overall responsibility for large and complex bids, including:

  • Leading the complete bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring quality, compliance, and ontime delivery.
  • Driving and coordinating crossfunctional bid teams across sales, product, finance, and l[xxxxx]al.
  • Run the dialogue with SKI.
  • Ensuring compliance with tender requirements, contractual frameworks, and internal governance.
  • Managing customer and stakeholder dialogue to ensure requirements are fully understood and addressed.
  • Identifying risks and defining mitigation strat[xxxxx]ies, ensuring the right approvals are in place.
  • Continuously improving bid processes, tools, and best practices.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have several years of experience managing large and complex bids, preferably in a B2B and/or public sector environment.
  • Are highly experienced with SKI, EU tenders, national tender r[xxxxx]ulations, and complex contractual setups.
  • Work independently and structured, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Communicate clearly and convincingly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Naturally take the lead and can engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.

You typically hold a higher education d[xxxxx]ree in business administration, sales, law, economics, or a related field, combined with solid handson experience in bid management.
