The position As a treasury Controller, your key responsibilities are: Internal and external reporting as well as budgeting of Net Financial Items (multi-billion DKK line) Anchor of Corporate Treasury’s deliverables to the Annual Financial Report (notes), and keeping Treasury up to date with relevant accounting standards Own the House-In-Order agenda and Sarbox compliance in Corporate Treasury, including main point of contact for internal and external auditors You are offered an exciting opportunity to develop your competencies in a professional and dynamic organisation with a high degree of knowledge sharing. In this job you will: Obtain full overview of how Novo Nordisk is impacted by financial market developments and how financial risks are mitigated in close collaboration with the Frontoffice team Develop your stakeholder management and business partnering skills as the job requires frequent interaction with other core finance functions such as Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax, Corporate Financial Planning as well as finance functions in affiliates across the world Sharpen your abilities to turn complex information into clear communication as the job entails frequent communication to senior management Get key insight into the global finance organisation in Novo Nordisk

Qualifications You have strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Auditing (or similar). We are open to consider candidates with different levels of expertise, from recent graduates to experienced financial professionals that is why ideally you have: Some years of experience from a similar role in the financial sector or a mid- to large-sized company Knowledge about financial instruments such as FX spots, FX forwards, and bonds. A solid understanding of Novo Nordisk and experience with using SAP Strong analytical skills and ability to keep the overall purpose in mind, enabling you to make complexities easy to understand Fluency in written and spoken English As a person, you are both curious and collaborative by nature with a positive attitude towards challenges. As you will be engaging with many different stakeholders around the global finance organisation it is important that you are able to structure your work independently and handle different priorities at the same time. About the department You will be part of the Corporate Financial Risk department which is responsible for managing Novo Nordisk’s capital structure and financial risks at group level. We are 6 dedicated and highly skilled professionals located in our headquarters in Bagsværd, DK. The team is part of a fun, globally oriented Corporate Treasury which is also responsible for handling financial risks in affiliates and handling of Novo Nordisk’s insurance programs.
