The position
As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for running the Novo Nordisk-specific REVA (Back-to-Work) process for vulnerable employees who need to have a new balance between their health and work established. Your role is to drive, coordinate, decide on the next steps, and follow up. You will engage with many stakeholders, including managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and Unions. You will also be a part of a department that is responsible for the social responsibility offered to employees in the Danish part of the organization.
The position is located in Bagsværd but meetings at other Novo Nordisk sites may be expected.
Key responsibilities:
• Driving and supporting Back-to-Work process by finding the balance between resources and work,
• Responsible for driving the Novo Nordisk Job Transfer Center; coordinating internal job changes when departments downsize, or resources must be moved.
• Keeping an overview of the flex jobs and replacement offers.
• Participation in special programs supporting employees in crisis and in follow-up meetings.
Qualifications
You can come from different working environments; however, it is crucial that you have solid experience dealing with people and providing support. You don’t need to know how to run the process - you can learn it on the job.
To be successful in this role, we imagine you:
• Have HR- and/or project experience and have a social professional background with a minimum of 5 years.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in Social counseling, HR Management, or occupational psychology.
• Are an active and responsible team player who works independently in a busy work environment.
• Are familiar with handling different processes, and administrative tasks, and work in a structured way.
• Have the natural ability to support and listen to people in need involving third parties.
• Have a good command of English and are fluent in Danish.
As a person, you have good interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly across all levels. You work solution-oriented and take ownership of your tasks. Most importantly, you are energetic and motivated to develop and help both people and the organization.
About the department
People Care & Benefits is responsible for the social responsibility and the benefits package offered to employees in the Danish part of the organization. We support managers and employees and engage with our stakeholders.
