We handle approximately 55.000 inquiries yearly.Your main tasks will be:
  • Handle cases and telephone calls from employees regarding their salary, pension, taxation, vacation and maternity/paternity leaves
  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned areas of payroll practices and regulations
  • Support our journey in optimization and digitalization of our processes
    • You will be trained in various aspects of the payroll process to be able to act as a subject matter expert within your field. You will be part of a dynamic team with many different backgrounds and skills, actively contributing to our shared success.QualificationsWe're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • You have an interest in payroll processing and would like to take your career further by pursuing a role in an international company, with affiliates in more than 100 countries.
  • You have the interest in getting a deep insight in several of the following payroll areas; vacation law, salary calculation, illness/maternity/paternity rules, mobility, company cars, tax and reimbursement
  • Your IT skills are strong, and you find it motivating to utilise the systems to the greatest extend. You have experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word and should you have experience in SAP Payroll/HR, and ServiceNow then that would be a plus, but not a requirement
  • As a multicultural workplace our support is required in both English and Danish therefore it is essential that you are fluent in both languages - written and spoken.

We are 22 dedicated employees, who are handling salaries for app. 37,000 employees at [xxxxx] A/S and companies in the group, with approximately 55.000 inquiries yearly.
