If yes, we encourage you to read further because we are on the lookout for a talented L&D Professional to join our Digital, Data & IT People & Organisation (DD&IT P&O) team. (DD&IT P&O) team.The positionAs a L&D Professional, you will together with experienced colleagues be responsible for developing learning programs targeted our employees in Digital, Data and IT. This includes:
  • Support the offerings coming out of our Tech Academy, that will ensure our employees can keep pace with technological advancements.
  • Do analyses to – e.g. interviews – to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps and learning requirements within the DD&IT workforce.
  • Create content (e-learnings, courses etc.) and programs critical across DD&IT together with experts and vendors.
  • Monitor, set criteria and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Facilitate adaptation to new digital tools, platforms, and methodologies together with colleagues from DD&IT.
    • QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have:
  • 3-4 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Relevant toolbox to developing learning programmes and hands on experience is content creation
  • High-quality mindset and able to maintain an overview also under time pressure
  • Relevant academic degree and fluent in written and spoken English.
  • It is considered a plus, if you have experience with training platforms such as Sana or Degreed.

We help drive a learning culture through various cross-area initiatives. The DD&IT P&O team consists of 21 passionate colleagues, across three teams – two HR Business Partnering teams enabling the different CVP areas, and one Project Management Office responsible for driving cross-organizational projects.
