Job Description

Bosch Power Tools produces fascinating products and services to market, industry and homes all over the world. In the Nordic headquarter just outside of Copenhagen the department works consistent towards modern and effective destribution to the North-european market.
Bosch Power Tools is a department which experience a great amount of growth. As Business Operations Expert you will be a part of Operation within the Nordic Sales department. This department deals for example with support regarding the systems, projects, and market data.
As Business Operations Expert you will for example be working with:
- Being in charge and maintain the customer portfolio in SAP while collaborating with sales, customers, logistics, finance and the front office.
- Optimize processes such as campaigns, supply chains, return of products, and communication with customers in cooperation with SAP, EDI, and front office.
- Close collaboration with the Nordic Sales Department (customers, logistics, and finance) and stakeholders as well as being the connection to the Bosch Power Tools Headquarters in Leinfelden.
- Expert user in SAP and other used platforms.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Either a university degree (Cand. Merc., MBA, MSc business administration and Information Systems or something simular) or 3-4 years of documented experience in the this area.
- Skillset:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Basic knowledge of Process Mining or RPA is and advantage
- Knowledge about IT-systems and want to develop this in regards to ERP, CRM, webshops and other connected systemt.
- Persona:
- Strong administrative
- Serviceminded
- Quick to adjust to new information and situations
- Independent
- Proactiv
- Impactful
- Commercial focus with interest and flair for technical products
- Good at building and maintaining relations
- Language (Written and Verbal):
- Good English is required
- Scandinavian languages is an advantage
