Behind the title In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with colleagues in Denmark and India, ensuring smooth daily operations of Hyper-V services across all PSnet (Product Supply Network) domains globally, providing advanced troubleshooting, while focusing on agile implementation and simplifying operations. As a Operations Analyst your responsibilities will include:

Manage, build and operate Hyper-V platforms, appliances and supporting tools

Configure and maintain management appliances and tools, servers and processes, including monitoring of platform health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security

Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem end-to-end resolution

Perform scheduled maintenance, support release deployment activities as well as share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members

Manage the technical documentation according to [xxxxx] standards, including Requirement Specifications and Test Plans and ensure a standardized IT infrastructure platform for consistency and reliability

Take responsibility for deliveries to customers in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance of services delivered from Global IT Operations (GITO)-Production Infrastructure

The skills we hope to see We are looking for a candidate who can fulfil most of the following requirements for this position:

At least 5 years of experience within Hyper-V environments on operating, maintaining, and incident handling

Deep understanding of Microsoft OS, Microsoft Server, virtualization, network topology and network security (VCP certification is considered as a plus)

Good understanding of IaC, Infrastructure-as-Code (practical experience including PowerShell scripting is a plus)

Knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Fluent spoken and written English
