Experienced Chef for our charming and historic beach hotel in the small village Sandvig on the Danish
island of Bornholm from April 1st.
Strandhotellet is a beautifully placed at the shore of the Baltic sea and next to Sandvig beach. The hotel have 40 rooms, own restaurant, an impressive ballroom and conference facilities. The Hotel is professionally run by its owners who are locals from the island. The hotel has through the past years gone through an extensive renovation and makeover and today it looks as unique and charming as it did when it opened for the first time more than 100 years ago. Visitors to Strandhotellet are given a warm and personal experience and the feeling of being in a home away from home, with the staff all contributing to the true ambience and unique story of the hotel and the historic brand it represents. Strandhotellet has in the past years made a name for itself on the hospitality scene of Bornholm and is recognized for its successfull turnaround.
The restaurant menu is unpretentious, rustic and with a focus on local seasonal produce of the highest quality. The kitchen serves the restaurant, hotel guests, private functions and receptions.
