If so, you may be our new colleague in Product Supply, Biotech & Rare Disease, Finished Products Gentofte & Kirke Værløse, HAA Packaging (PS BRD FP GEVA, HAA Packaging). The Position As an Associate Manager you will manage a team that support the production and ensure a stable production with quality consciousness. You will be part of the management team, reporting to the Senior Manager of the department, and you will provide clear prioritisations in close collaboration with your co-workers. You will be a part of an engaged management group where we help across to succeed. The main tasks will be to:
  • Direct timely progress on project and production plans through empowerment and employee involvement.

  • Stay close to your employees in the office and shopfloor environment to understand and challenge them in whatever roadblocks they might encounter.

  • Drive employee development focusing on an inclusive and diverse work environment, where different opinions are valued and where high employee engagement is the key to success.

  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of the department's strategic ambition.

  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • 3 years work experience within GMP regulated pharmaceutical production is required.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration competencies.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both Danish and English and you dare take the difficult conversations for the greater good of the team and department.

  • Leadership experience will be a plus.

About the Department HAA Packaging is located in Gentofte and is a part of Product Supply, Biotech & Rare Disease, Finished Products Gentofte & Kirke Værløse (PS BRD FP GEVA) The department consist of 23 employees divided in two teams, a production team and a support team and is headed up by a department manager. Our production consists of several pieces of semi-/fully automated equipment which, among other things, is used for dynamic batch data printing, label application, carton packaging and serialization. As it is a smaller department, there is a professional but light and informal atmosphere in everyday life, and well-being and personal development are given high priority.
