Summary:
We're seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to play a pivotal role in our Next-Gen Oral team in Copenhagen. Reporting to the Head of New Categories, you'll be instrumental in supporting the integration of our category into the standard processes. Your responsibilities include understanding and optimizing current processes, as well as bridging commercial, finance and Operations responsibilities and tasks. This role requires analytical skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and moving things forward. Clear communication and relationship-building within the organization are essential in this fast-paced environment.

What can you expect as a Student Assistant in the Next-Gen Oral team?
In (STG), we are incredibly excited to embark on a digital transformation journey. Your primary tasks will include the following:
- Structure internal tasting panels and feedback sessions including sample requisitions.
- Coordinate information flow between stakeholders withing the organization.
- Organize shipments.
- Optimization of data files
- Support the team with other ad-hoc operational tasks not mentioned above.
Skill that matters the most for this role:
- Final year in Bachelor’s degree or First year in Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Problem-solving orientation for data analytics
- Ability to interpret and organize data and extract insights.
- Self-motivated individual capable of driving tasks to completion
- Team player with the ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the status quo.
- Strong cooperative skills, fostering effective collaboration across the organization.
- Comfortable with numerical analysis and assumptions
- Possesses an international, commercial, and data-driven mindset.
- Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in utilizing data analytics tools.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
