Larsen, while our fine-cut tobacco brands include Bugler, Break, Escort, Bali Shag and Tiedemanns.POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Consultant with deep expertise in Product Costing within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role will be instrumental in supporting global implementations, leading the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cost accounting solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate combines technical SAP proficiency with a strong foundation in financial processes, particularly in manufacturing and cost accounting domains.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Costing and related R2R processes in S/4HANA.Lead and execute Cost Accounting configuration, integration, and deployment activities in global SAP S/4HANA.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.Drive standardization of Cost Accounting processes across business units and geographies.Oversee key project phases including cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Required:7–10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in S/4HANA R2RProven track record in end-to-end SAP implementations and global rolloutsDeep understanding of financial processes, primarily:Product CostingProfit Center and Cost Center AccountingIntercompany AccountingExpertise in SAP configuration and integrationStrong grasp of end-to-end business processes regarding manufacturing, production and inventory accountingStrong understanding of cost accounting principles: fixed/variable costs, overhead allocation, margin analysis, etc.Thorough understanding of data requirements and SAP cost valuation flowsAdvantageous:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldSAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or ControllingThorough understanding of data requirements and SAP cost valuation flowsExperience managing cutover, go-live, and hypercare phasesExperience with global template design and multi-country deploymentsSTG CORE VALUES:Empower with Passion: Uphold high standards for our products, people, and communities.Blend our Strengths: Leverage our distinct strengths and internal expertise for stronger results.Cultivate Courage: Continue to search for better, simpler solutions in order to take on challenges with resiliency.Light the Way Forward: Lead our industry towards a more responsible and innovative future, finding new ways to serve our customers and employees.
