About the department
This is a matrix position designed to strengthen the compliance strategy in line with our site’s digitalization work. You will be part of the Local IT Compliance and System Management team consisting of 11 highly skilled System Managers, IT Responsibles, GMP, Validation and Compliance Coordinators. You will also work closely with the digitalization team, which develops and implements a variety of dashboards, data pipelines, apps, process automations, and IT systems. Together, we share the aim to secure high quality and compliance across all of our digital tools.
The position
Your main focus will be building a strategy for ensuring IT compliance across the digitalization portfolio. Our digitalization work encompasses a large variety of non-validated tools upon which our site increasingly relies. Some may be a simple digital checklist or an automated reminder flow, but we also work with GDPR-protected and financially sensitive data. We need you to help us establish standards that keep the business safe but still provide the most flexibility for our developers and end-users alike. We are also looking to build a portfolio of locally-validated dashboards and apps and want to define a repeatable validation process.
In building this strategy, you will work closely together with the IT compliance team and System Managers to determine the right compliance initiatives and ensure that project deliverables as well as the daily operation are of the right quality and in accordance with internal and external quality requirements. IFP Hillerød is a leading site for digital development in Novo Nordisk, but even as we lead, you will work in close collaboration with specialists and colleagues from IFP sites globally to ensure alignment. Qualifications
You are dedicated with a quality mind-set. You have 3-5 years of experience within IT compliance or quality, preferably from IT companies, the pharmaceutical industry, or the finance sector. You feel comfortable navigating the limits of “necessary and sufficient” and love to explore how to marry new technology and sustainable compliance. You have a strong sense of responsibility for meeting objectives, are familiar with GMP requirements and you are considered an enthusiastic and engaging team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. You enjoy working in close relation with IT implementation projects, where you have one or more full project life-cycle experiences.
You hold a relevant academic degree or have completed another relevant education. Good written and oral communication skills in English are a prerequisite.
