IFP HI, Injectable Finish Products in Hillerød is looking for a skilled worker (F3) to keep improving performance and ensure maintenance of our high-tech assembly line. The position is permanent. It is an advantage if you have experience with working in shifts.
About the department
We are a department in rapid development and have great demand for our product Flex Touch®.
You will work with the daily operation and maintenance, as well as with systematic problem solving on our automatic lines.
We need your commitment and your competencies to maintain and optimize our production lines to be among the best in the world.
The job
You become part of a dynamic production environment. We focus on Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvements, process optimization and systematic problem solving, which are an important part of everyday life in our production environment. This demands on our employees to have a great readiness for change and the ability to see opportunities rather than limitations.
The challenges are many, which is why you are expected to contribute with your positive spirit, so that together we reach our goals. We train you in our line and you must want to contribute to solving technical problems and improvements, both independently, in teams and not least with other professional groups.
We produce on 3-team shifts, so it will also be an advantage if you have experience from working in shift teams.
Qualifications
We imagine that you are a educated as an automation mechanic, electrician, or have another relevant education. It is an advantage if you have an interest and competencies within electricity, automation and we see it as a great advantage if you have knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical and automatic systems.
It is necessary that you are familiar with PC work, as the use of this forms the basis for a large part of our processes. It is important that you have a good understanding of quality, as we work within ISO / GMP. As a person, you must have good collaboration skills and an outreach service mindset. You are flexible with a great sense of responsibility and a good portion of go-ahead. You are a team player and a good colleague who is always ready to give a hand. Furthermore, we emphasize that you have a sense of order and a good mood. It is an advantage if you have a natural curiosity about technology and production.
