Are you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as Senior GMP Supporter in Sourcing Warehouse Hillerød?Read on and apply today for a life-changing career!The positionAs a Senior GMP Supporter you will, in close collaboration with your colleagues, ensure the department complies with current regulatory requirements, and maintain the right flows into our warehouse by ex.:· Handling change controls, deviations, and procedure updates in our quality system.· Driving process improvement initiatives and projects.· Collaborating closely with the QA (Quality Assurance) department to set direction.· Prepare for and participate in inspections by various authorities, presenting and answering questions related to your work.· Contribute to a dynamic work environment with diverse tasks and shifting priorities, while influencing your own work and development opportunities.· Applying LEAN and agile methodologies to support the department and ’s business strategy.QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced candidate who has:· A master’s degree within a life science field.· A background in QA or regulatory compliance and extensive hands-on experience with GMP material documentation.· The ability to independently make quality decisions and deliver work in a timely manner.Ideally, coupled with:· Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.· Familiarity with LEAN and agile methodologies.We believe in thorough onboarding to help you excel in this role and encourage you to take responsibility for your professional and personal development.About the departmentSourcing Warehousing is located in both Hillerød and Kalundborg, and your workplace will be in Hillerød. We handle and store raw materials from development to the end product, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards. The department consists of approximately 150 dedicated employees who receive goods, handle samples, and deliver products to production. You will be part of a team responsible for supporting processes and ensuring high quality, guided by a strong GMP mindset.
