The Position As Technical Equipment Responsible, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our production site’s supply systems, including HVAC, BMS, compressed air, water treatment, steam, and autoclaving systems. More specifically, it will be your responsibility to:
  • Ensure equipment is performing as intended and determine the future strategy for our team’s responsibilities
  • Work with colleagues to maintain stable operations of supplies for the entire production site
  • Collect data for selecting optimisation measures and regularly reporting the equipment efficiency
  • Participate in both small and large projects
  • Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements regarding production of pen needles
    • You will apply both practical and theoretical competencies to handle challenges and develop own skills in handling technical equipment. Qualifications We imagine that you have a background as a machine engineer, bachelor of technology, or have another relevant technical education. It is not a requirement to be fluent in Danish if you are proficient in English. Furthermore, to be successful in this role the following qualifications are beneficial:
  • Experience with utility equipment
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with documentation
  • Prior experience with GMP production.

    • About the department As a member of our production site, Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing, you will be part of the Utility team and work alongside 10 skilled and dedicated colleagues responsible for all supply systems at our site in Hjørring. Our team is responsible for the site’s production-related supplies, including HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, steam, BMS, and autoclaving systems. The site is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in six departments and with more than 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
