Are you experienced working with global mobility and managing international transfers? Are you eager to collaborate with many different people? Do you have strong problem-solving skills combined with a cultural awareness?
The position
You will as Global Mobility Partner join a highly skilled and engaged HR team and be the main point of contact in relation to the employee’s relocation and coordinate all HR activities involved in the international relocation assignments. Furthermore, you will drive the implementation and governance of a new Global Mobility Policy, covering all types of work across borders.

The position
You will as Global Mobility Partner join a highly skilled and engaged HR team and be the main point of contact in relation to the employee’s relocation and coordinate all HR activities involved in the international relocation assignments. Furthermore, you will drive the implementation and governance of a new Global Mobility Policy, covering all types of work across borders.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Act as focal point of communication for employees through their international assignment, covering mobility assignments in and out of DK but also between countries globally, providing ongoing support while following the Global Mobility Policy
- Assist managers in the relocation processes providing information and guidelines for employee transfers/work across borders between all locations in ALK
- Handling of A1 applications and associated process in cooperation with local HR
- Support making global assignments an integral part of talent development
- Assist managers in finding the best set-up for global workers (employees working in more than one country)
- Analysis and preparation of mobility and cost reports as well as salary scenarios and relocation proposals
- Search of specialised providers to cover immigration, relocation, taxes aspects and other relevant concept
Your profile
You will be building the Mobility area in ALK and have great responsibility both hands-on and strategically. To succeed in this role, you therefore need to be a strong team player with effective interpersonal communication skills that enjoys collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally and on all levels.
Furthermore, we expect:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master's degree (e.g., HR, Business administration, Law or similar)
- 2-5 years of experience working in a Mobility function
- High drive and energy, can-do attitude, proactive, structured and with good data analysis skills
- Robust and solution oriented with a firm mindset
- Independent and eager to drive projects and tasks forward
- Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite (written and spoken)
