Do you envision being a part of an International Trading Company, where you can ensure superb day-to-day IT operations? Then you have the opportunity to be our new IT Support Apprentice
You will become part of our super user team in the IT department, where you will service your colleagues in the whole organization – both in-house and abroad. Your focus will be daily user support with both personal contact and support via phone and email.
Your strong IT skills are very important, as you at times must solve complex problems and manage many different systems. We will focus on your development, where you will gain a great understanding of our entire IT department, but with a particular focus on servicing your colleagues in-house.
As well as your IT skills you also have to be patient and able to communicate with many different colleagues. It is important that you can explain and help with IT problems at different levels.
It is your commitment and interest that determines how much you become involved in – and how quickly. You will be part of our team and will have the opportunity to gain responsibility.
Our IT department consists of seven colleagues and a manager at the head office in Tvis and two colleagues in China, 8 in Poland, 2 in Lithuania and 1 in Ukraine in with whom we often collaborate.
Who are you?
You are outgoing and provide good service also when time is short and in pressured situations. You have a natural interest in IT, and it will be an advantage if you have completed the basic course.
Structure is second nature for you, and you are a quick study. Most importantly you are passionate and eager to learn and develop.
