The position As our new Maintenance Expert, your main task will be to reduce downtime by improving systems and equipment reliability in our production areas. You will be working in the area at the heart of Novo Nordisk Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production. In this role, you can look forward to: Driving maintenance improvement and optimisation activities together with your stakeholders Being the front runner in the agenda to implement new technologies and predictive methods Training your colleagues and increasing maintenance competences at Novo Nordisk Making progress within the reliability framework and asset management system Advising and communicating the overview of future initiatives Ensuring documentation is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment with a broad mix of highly skilled colleagues working for the common goal to reduce downtime and gain world-class maintenance. Qualifications We imagine that a successful candidate will have: Relevant education as an engineer, marine engineer or similar Experience in maintenance (at least 2-5 years) Experience with new technologies within the condition and predictive maintenance methods Fluency in English – written and verbal The ability to coordinate and make progress in implementing simple solutions. About the department The department IM2 Maintenance is located in Kalundborg and supports several productions within Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) which expand and invest in new factories and production lines. Our focus is on making our maintenance strategy go live and implementing strategic initiatives together with our production areas. Our success is measured by our ability to implement improvements, which reduce downtime and increase the production output. We are a new team with 10 highly dedicated employees and expanding together with our success. The team consists of highly competent and experienced members with broad expertise in maintenance.
