We are searching for QA Validation Professional, with a high level of dedication and an innovative mindset who thrives in a constantly changing and challenging environment.
Do you find it exiting to be part of a global QA setup, that is going to support IFP in implementing of new assembly and packaging lines across the world? New FP expansion team will be responsible for the global validation approach for the FP expansion projects across IFP and support a standardized design and requirement setup for all new FP lines.

The position
You will be part of a newly establish team, with the responsibilities of setting direction, approving documentation and keep oversight in relation to validation of all new FP lines across IFP. The team have the responsibility of QA review and oversight of several types of documents related to validation and qualification, to ensure product quality and compliance with the current GMP rules and guidelines.
You will have a role as Professional in one or more projects, where you will work closely together with Q-leads and several stakeholders across the world within DMD (Device Manufacturing Development), IFP and IFPQA, to ensure implementation of all new FP lines, with highest quality to patient in mind.
We can offer you a lot of flexibility in planning your daily tasks, as well as occasionally working from home, when it fits into the operation and your peers in the team. Qualifications
• You hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, chemical engineering or equivalent and have experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Preferably 2-3 years’ experience with validation in quality assurance and/or production will be an advantage together with the right quality mindset. • You are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and respect amongst colleagues and partners. About the department
Our Quality assurance department consist of 25 dedicated employees, and we are still growing and soon we will be 30 employees. Our department is responsible for assuring quality and compliance of FP operations and support the business by improving and simplifying processes. Our department releases lifesaving Novo Nordisk products to our patients every day and we have a strong cooperation with our stakeholders to make this happen.
We are looking into a future where new production lines need to be implemented, to help Novo Nordisk succeed with the rising demand of our products from our patients. In order to succeed, this requires a Quality department with a high level of commitment to ensure highest quality to our patient, even when we are challenged during project execution and daily operation.
