You would be a key member of the Talent/People Development CoE, a center of excellence within the HR department at SAS. We live and breath the employee experience and are responsible for employer branding and talent acquisition, leadership development, performance and talent management, employee engagement and culture and learning and development. Our mission is to create the best circumstances for each individual to perform, prosper and grow together with SAS.

Purpose



SAS has set a clear ambition to become Scandinavia’s Employer of Choice which will require a shift in gears in terms of cultural transformation, building trust, create inclusion and boost employee experience in which this new hire is pivotal. We are about to launch our new Employer Value Proposition as our Cultural change program “Move SAS Culture Forward”.

You will build the system and processes for engagement and have the ability to see the holistic view of the SAS employee experience. Your purpose is to support and drive initiatives & activities to build a winning inclusive culture, including diversity, inclusion & belonging, employee engagement and attractive value proposition. You will come with experience in change management and implementing concepts and tools in the business.

What you will craft at SAS



Craft the SAS Employee Experience

  • Work through each people development and experience process to craft and communicate the SAS Employee Experience.
  • Build change management capability in SAS by working closely with HRBP and Talent Team to develop procedures and processes to be able to support the business to drive change within SAS.
  • Manage the Employee Engagement Pulse and action planning within the organisation, including other intiatives and programs to continuously improve engagement among our employees contributing to a high performing organization linked to our DNA - Safety, Punctuality and Care.
  • Develop various tactics to boost employee retention and productivity across all company levels.
  • Develop employee events and networks (both internal and external) that offer the opportunity to enhance personal development, that contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging

  • Lead development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce for the organization.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager, help to build, coordinate and oversee our diversity network(s), managing memberships, driving forward core focus areas.

Recognition, Relationships and Collaboration

  • Define, develop and implement SAS recognition concept and initiatives such as SAS Awards in partnership with Compensation and Benefits.
  • Develop various tactics to boost employee retention and productivity across all company levels.
  • Develop initiatives that enable all employees to engage and align to the SAS strategy and help articulate and develop new ways of working that are required to deliver the organizations goals.

  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team with varied strengths across multiple levels
  • Excellent knowlegde of Employee engagement initiatives, pulses, procedures and tools
  • Proven program management skills and process excellence, with the ability to manage multiple projects, multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and partnership focus. Proven to explain, influence, listen, instruct, give feedback and ask insightful questions
