Ramboll Management Consulting (RMC) is excited to announce our Digital Sustainability Talent Programme 2023! This programme is aimed at the next generation of bright minds and talents who are motivated, ambitious, and passionate to pursue a career in management consulting. Digital technologies revolutionise businesses and societies Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are revolutionising the way that businesses operate, and as a management consultant, you will need to be able to understand and advise your clients on how these technologies can be leveraged to drive efficiency, innovation, growth, and organisational change. In addition, digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, OT/IoT, and digital technologies are increasingly being used to drive sustainability in organizations and society. For example, machine learning algorithms can be used to optimize energy consumption, and IoT sensors can be used to track and monitor resource use. As a management consultant, you will need to be able to understand these technologies and how they can be used to help your clients achieve their sustainability goals. Our Digital Sustainability Talent Programme will give students the opportunity to learn about these technologies and how they can be used to drive sustainability in organizations. About the Digital Sustainability Talent Programme Facilitated by our experienced Consultants and Senior Consultants, the programme consists of four events on Thursdays over the course of one month, culminating in a case competition where students will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience solving a real client challenge. This is a great opportunity for students to apply what they have learned and showcase their skills in a practical setting. Throughout the programme, students will get a chance to gain valuable insights about digital technologies and trends in management consulting as well as learn about life as a Management Consultant in RMC, our recruitment process, and how we solve client-centric problems to drive sustainable change. After each event, it will be possible to network with our Consultants over a drink or a beer. Who are you? All students are welcome to apply and no prior experience in Management Consulting is required. However, we ideally see that you: Are currently enrolled in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or first year of your master’s degree in a relevant academic field and are performing well in your studies Can see yourself pursue a career in management consulting Have a passion for digital technologies and driving sustainable change Are ambitious, thorough, and a team player Have strong communication skills and in writing Have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset Appreciate working with a wide range of tasks and are willing to put in extra work if the need arises About Ramboll Management Consulting Ramboll Management Consulting strive to make the world a better place through digital and sustainable solutions.
