You will join our Group Strategy and M&A department As our Senior M&A Manager you will be part of an international team with diversity in age, gender, educational and professional backgrounds. The Group M&A team is responsible for ensuring the strategic fit, proper process and quality in all our acquisitions – in close collaboration with the business owners. Together with the Group Strategy and Group Post Merger Integration teams, the M&A team forms the basis of the Executive Office which is responsible for key strategic priorities. The role would be reporting to Group Director, M&A. Key tasks in the role: Senior M&A Manager, Ramboll Group You would be responsible with the team to deliver the ambitious M&A strategy on the following key items: Driving the execution of the M&A strategy and execution of all global transactions from screening to closing (M&A, JV, divestments) with the team, including e.g.: Assessing fit against strategic criteria Orchestrate and quality assure the due diligence Financial valuation and forecasts, business case creation together with business and strategy team Transaction structuring for each transaction together with legal and tax teams Project management for the whole lifecycle of the transaction until closing, including internal and external stakeholder management. This include close collaboration with support functions and business owners Development of internal decision proposals and recommendations to obtain internal approvals Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
