At AGC Biologics we are looking for you who has several years experience in manufacturing, leading teams to effectively define and drive the end2end planning strategy, through implementation of business intelligence and advance analytics, as well as defining the digitalization agenda. And of course, someone who wants to be part of a team with the mission to improve patients’ lives.
About the Role
As manager for MFG Strategy & Innovation, you will be responsible to lead a team of specialists within manufacturing planning, innovation and digitalization. The team has the responsibility for:
• Driving the yearly strategy process and updating manufacturing masterplans and KPI score cards
• Schedule preparation, execution and review of all projects across manufacturing
• Maintenance of the production and release plan
• Development and maintenance of manufacturing Business Intelligence and Advance Analytics system
• Establishing, maintaining and ensuring execution on the Pharma 4.0 roadmap
Your key responsibilities will include,
• Motivating, coaching, leading, and setting direction for your team
• Selection and hiring of new members for your team
• Building and maintaining strong collaboration with your stakeholders
• Ownership of the business intelligence and advance analytics system, as well as digitalization solutions to be used across manufacturing
• Ensuring that all activities are continuously aligned with manufacturing needs and goals
Qualifications
• You have a Master’s degree in IT, science, engineering or related field
• More than 5 years experience working as people leader of teams driving utilization of data insights, digitalization and innovation
• Proven experience leading global IT solutions and business / digital transformation projects, as product owner or project manager
• Consistent record of successfully executing digital transformations and technical projects with both third parties and cross-functionally within a rapidly evolving business structure
• Experience utilizing the Agile methodology (SCRUM or SAFE), would be an advantage
• Excellent English (verbal / written) communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently organize information, analyze large datasets, and present recommendations in a clear, impactful manner

In busy periods, you are able to keep the overview and set direction through aligned priorities. You are an excellent team player, as you will work with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
