The Position As our new Equipment Responsible in Technical Support, we can offer you a challenging and innovative environment with great opportunities for a working day with diverse tasks. We focus on development of both your professional and personal competences. You will be part of driving a great and efficient daily technical support to the production facility in grade A/B and C/D. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operational equipment is ready for production and that it is maintained, calibrated, qualified, and validated. Optimizations and finding the right solutions for the aseptic production are part of our daily work. We solve a diverse list of tasks such as change requests, deviations, validation protocols, reports, and optimization projects across the department. Our tasks are seldom routine and must be solved in cross-functional teamwork. You must enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your tasks. Our workday is dynamic, varying, and flexible as we work at the office, from home, and directly in the production. You are curious and can challenge existing ways of working while proactively driving implementation of new solutions. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Have a M.Sc. in Engineering, Natural Science or equivalent

  • Have technical interest in e.g., production equipment, clean utility, autoclaves or similar

  • Have strong experience within qualification and validation

  • Come with process and technical skills

  • Like to work independently with complex tasks

  • Have experience with the LEAN way of working

  • Have GMP experience

About the Department Aseptic Pilot Plant is part of CMC and responsible for production of new aseptic medicinal products for clinical studies, primarily for phase 1 and 2. We are approx. 80 employees divided in 3 teams, who work together to maintain all functions in the aseptic facility. APP covers the responsibilities, wash and sterilisation, preparation, filling, inspection, utility, environmental monitoring, cleaning, maintenance, and validation. In your daily tasks you will collaborate with mechanics, operators, technicians, chemists, and engineers who work determined towards delivering products for our customers and for the development projects in the right quality at the right time. We work on day shift and our department is well-functioning and productive. It should be fun to go to work, and for us a healthy working environment is a must.
