You will join our Demand Generation team in Digital Marketing
Working under the Global Marketing umbrella, Digital Marketing is a department of about 35 experienced professionals across Denmark and Poland. In close collaboration with brands, sales and creative teams, we define and facilitate digital marketing for our four global hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips, Bernafon and Sonic.
As our new Digital Activation Specialist, you will be part of the newly established Demand Generation team within Digital Marketing. We are a skilled team of 15 digital specialists with the desire to become the best inbound and outbound demand generation team in the industry - delivering a targeted, personalized, and automated digital customer experience across platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertisement campaigns
- Provide assistance to our sales companies in addressing digital marketing related inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with various markets on an ongoing basis to assist them achieve their digital goals
- Assist in the management and maintenance of digital marketing tools
About You
- Have a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree within Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Curious and excited about all aspects of digital marketing, and eager to constantly learn new things
- A team player who likes to work in an international team
- Comfortable with sharing knowledge across different stakeholders in a clear and understandable way
- Attentive to detail and able to translate data into relevant insights
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in English
- Expertise in Meta and LinkedIn Business Manager, as well as Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics
