Your new role
As our new Structural and Geotechnical Engineer you can look forward to handling the following main responsibilities related to the structural/geotechnical aspects of primarily our Photovoltaic Projects:

The adequate candidate shall be a skilled communicator, motivated by working with different stakeholders (internally and externally) in an international environment. It is important that you have a structured and analytical mindset as well as a sense of responsibility toward our task in order to effectively drive them independently but also in team setup when necessary. Your new role
As our new Structural and Geotechnical Engineer you can look forward to handling the following main responsibilities related to the structural/geotechnical aspects of primarily our Photovoltaic Projects:
- Design of in-house PV mounting systems including structural calculations on steel structures and bolted connections. Preparation of structural documentation package.
- Preparation of technical drawings and assembly guides for procurement and construction of in-house PV mounting systems.
- Planning of geotechnical studies according to EE and local country requirements.
- Estimation of preliminary foundation design and cost, based on geotechnical studies.
- Planning of foundation test campaigns.
- Post processing of test results and final foundation design.
- Handling of challenges, related to mounting structures, which may arise during e.g. project execution or project divestment. This may involve travelling for site inspection purposes.
- Constant expansion of knowledge on structural and geotechnical topics, through testing, development of tools and processes.
Job prerequisites
It is expected that you:
- Have a M.Sc. Engineering Degree (Civil, Geotechnical or similar) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Have good technical skills and have experience with AutoCAD, Structural Analysis Softwares and/or Geotechnical modelling software.
- Are proficient in English.
