Join our office in Copenhagen and embark on a new customer service adventure!We are looking for a Finnish- speaking customer service advisor to join our team supporting customers within the lighting industry 💡 You will be responsible for being our external face to our customers when they call in and need help. You will handle our customers' inquiries by phone, email and chat. Since we are responsible for many different types of cases, you will get to immerse yourself in various problems and aim to always find the perfect solution for the customer.In this role your technical understanding, immersion and responsibility are central. We trust that you take responsibility for solving your tasks and trust your own decisions. Your role will involve a number of technical questions from both professionals and private individuals.
