Do you want to work with the legal aspects of pharma engineering? Are you a trusted legal business partner? Then this maternity cover position as legal counsel at nne may be the opportunity for you. The position is a 12-month temporary position. As legal counsel, you will be responsible for efficiently manage and mitigate legal risks in nne. You are a proactive legal business partner, who is well-founded in contract law. The legal team works closely with the business and consists of 3 dedicated legal business partners. You will report to the Head of Legal in nne and be based in the nne headquarter in Virum. We have flexible working arrangements which gives great influence on how to structure your day.

How you might spend your days
You will guide and support nne in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support and train the business in legal, contractual and compliance matters
- Draft and review commercial contracts with customers, partners, and sub-consultants
- Standardise and draft model contracts

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a master’s degree in law (Cand.jur.) or an equivalent university degree with law
- You have +3 years of experience with legal counselling. The experience may be a combination of work as an attorney and as in-house legal counsel
- Knowledge of contract law preferably within ABR 18
- You might have experience with construction law (AB 18)
- You might have experience with GDPR or information security
- You are professionally proficient in Danish and English
