Description
As a Student Worker in the Global Procurement Team, you will primarily work with our procurement and contracts management process, and other ad hoc tasks in the team. Besides your close colleagues in the Procurement team, you will work closely with all business functions. So, if you are motivated by learning more about how Global Procurement and Contract Management tools and launch yourself toward a career in procurement, then you may be the person we are searching for. At you will have the opportunity to work with best-in-class tools for procurement process and CLM.
What you will be doing
- Creating, updating, and maintaining contracts archive system in with day-to-day administration of contracts,
- Administration of procurement tickets, including basic feedback to the business on all purchases happening in
- CLM system improvements in data quality, adding more quantities/notifications for benefit of other departments thus having continuous improvements in CLM and Vendor management processes.
- Other ad hoc tasks within Global Procurement and Vendor Management Function.
What we will require of you
- Studying at Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen, or similar with finance and has procurement or supply chain as one of the subjects/dominating contents. For example, MSc in Economics and Business Administration Supply chain management/, Masters in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Self-starter and quick learner with attention to detail and an inquisitive nature
- Passionate about technology and digitalization of businesses and a general SaaS business understanding
- Experience working in Excel and how to analyze data to find specific information or trends.
- Have an interest in contract documents and commercial terms?
- Positive energy, proactive and motivated by learning a lot and not afraid of making own suggestions and decisions.
- Have 2-3 years left of studying (last year of Bachelor's with plans of doing Masters) or (first year Masters)
