As a Senior Product Owner, you will join the Passenger Tribe, responsible for the development and ownership of the vision for our passenger booking ecommerce & other digital channels. As a Senior Product Owner, you will join the Passenger Tribe, responsible for the development and ownership of the vision for our passenger booking ecommerce & other digital channels. When you join us, you will:
- Own the vision for the passenger digital booking experience, driving innovation and customer-centric design.
- Ensure the successful launch of new functionality and seamless roll-out to new routes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Passenger Division to standardize processes and maximize value.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog.
- Set ambitious yet achievable objectives and KPIs for your team, ensuring their successful delivery.
- Develop long-term objectives and ambitions in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Monitor data platforms to understand operational realities and gather customer insights.
- Analyse booking data and patterns in support cases to provide data-driven direction.
- Empower your team to be self-driven, efficient, and collaborative.

- Previous experience as a digital Product Owner, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital solutions and driving customer-centric innovation.
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
- Strong passion for customer-driven design and thinking.
- Solid understanding of technology and proficiency with digital commerce.
- Proven ability to navigate complex settings with multiple stakeholders and parallel agendas across different countries.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Proactive approach with the ability to challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Open-minded and receptive to input from others.
