As the Nordic Online Brand Manager for NYX Professional Makeup, your role is to own the online journey of the consumers and shoppers across both our own website and the retail path to the final purchase. Furthermore, you will adapt and enrich the brand strategy to the E-Commerce reality of assortment, seasonality, channel strategy etc. You will also drive the online media optimization, continuously upskilling the team on this topic. The role reports into the Nordic Product & Retail Brand Manager.
Your key job accountabilities: Develop the yearly digital/e-commerce strategy for the brand and execute it Manage the relationship with digital/media and technical agencies Drive the performance and updates on the brand website Own the digital media campaign briefing and execution, defining media objectives, campaign messaging and monitoring campaign performance Manage performance, optimization and reporting on digital media campaigns and ecommerce performance Manage strategy, performance and reporting on paid media campaigns (ROI) including budget management Ensure & monitor the performance of the e-com Heroes and big bets Develop and coordinate the activation plan for the Nordic B2B E-Commerce platform in collaboration with the Commercial Teams and the Category Managers Develop the monthly content packages for E-Commerce Own the marketing budget of the related activities Work in close collaboration with the Social Brand Manager on campaigns and activations; with the Marketing Coordinator on e-com activities, such as Salsify & Opera management; and the Product & Retail Brand Manager on strategy and campaigns
Your profile: You have +2 years of experience from a similar role You have a commercial mindset and are result driven You are familiar with digital KPI’s You have experience with creating data-driven content and online media management You have worked with Google Analytics 360, Google Marketing Platform or similar programmatic tools, Google Tag manager. You have strong skills in managing multiple stakeholders You are proactive and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
