The Global Product Management team is looking for a detail-oriented student with a curious mindset to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary tasks will be such as:
- Manage and administer Product Management Advisory Board meetings with the rest of the team. As well as drive insights by building surveys, analyzing input and present key results from the advisory board work.
- Assist Product Managers with explorative projects and the Discovery and Research process by structuring and preparing for interviews, collecting, and documenting insights on customers and partners, understanding pains and gains, developing value propositions, etc.
- Administrative responsibility for collecting, prepping, and analyzing field insights and data, as well as desk research such as competitive analysis, market analysis, and product comparison tasks.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the information systems used in Product Management.
- Support Product Managers in ad hoc tasks where your tasks may be customized depending on your skills, expertise, & interests
About Product Management
You will join Product Management with a team of 21 highly skilled and motivated colleagues within the Technology Group in Milestone. Our objective is to drive Milestone’s product portfolio by ensuring market, customer, and technology fit throughout the product lifecycle to achieve business objectives.

Who are you?
Preferably, you are studying within the field of Business Administration, Business Development, Data Science, IT, Information Systems, or other relevant studies. You need to have at least one or two years left before graduating, and you can work 15-20 hours per week with mutual flexibility.

- Have excellent abilities in both verbal and written English communication.
- Well-organized and attentive to detail
You should have knowledge of or possess the following skills:
- Driven by research and explorative projects, and able to run research projects on your own
- Familiarity with Value Proposition Design, Design Thinking principles and methods is a plus
- You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
