Who we are
NNE is a pharma engineering company. We deliver pharma projects ranging from smaller development pro-jects to large-scale pharmaceutical production plants all over the world. Based in Denmark, you will work in a project-oriented climate supporting primarily projects for our customers in Denmark. Your workplace will be our HQ in Virum. Visits to our customers and construction sites will be expected.
Join our Procurement & Contract Management department, consisting of +30 highly skilled Procurement and Contract Management professionals. We interact with a broad variety of stakeholders both internally as well as externally. We are trusted advisors for our organization as well as for our pharma customers.
In our dynamic, project-centered environment there are busy times and more quiet times. With us, you can embrace a culture with flexible working conditions based on mutual trust, offering a high degree of independence. This means, if you work extra hours one day you can flex out same hours another day (or get a pay-out). If you need to work from home from time to time, this is an option too.
How you might spend your days
Whether you join as a Procurement- or Contract Manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll:
Your career is important for us and based on your competences and motivation you can develop into a senior position eventually leading one of our large-scale pharma procurement projects. As a Lead you have the functional responsibility for a group of procurement colleagues all working as one team. You could also develop into a Subject Matter Expert within Contract Management having an integral part in professionalizing our processes around execution of complex contracts.

How you might spend your days
Whether you join as a Procurement- or Contract Manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll:
- have an important role in our various & complex pharma projects. Projects vary from a portfolio of small/mid size projects (10m and up) to multi billion dkk projects.
- work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Procurement and Contract Mgt., our suppliers and key stakeholders within the projects.
- depending on your background and motivation your role can cover all or part of our scope: Commercially responsible of a defined project packages typically ranging from dkk 10mio to several hundred million on a single contract.
- be planning tenders, negotiate with selected suppliers and closing contracts with both Danish and International suppliers. With a contract in place your focus will be on commercial management during execution (supplier status meetings, milestone reports, change orders, claims management etc.).
- be able to further develop your competences within Procurement & Contract Management
Your career is important for us and based on your competences and motivation you can develop into a senior position eventually leading one of our large-scale pharma procurement projects. The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement and/or contract management disciplines
- education: Civil Engineer, Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management or similar
- ideally you have experience from a project organization working with construction
- advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
- you are proficient in both the use and understanding of digital platforms, are IT-savvy, and have Office 365 knowledge
- you speak and write fluently in both Danish and English
