We are looking for a Production Manager for our factory in Lem. After eight years in Baettr, our current Production Manager has decided to take on new challenges, so we are now looking for a dedicated Production Manager who, with knowledge and commitment, can lead and develop our production team. You will be part of an organization that is dedicated to green energy, with skilled and motivated colleagues around the world.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Reporting directly to the VP Factory Manager in Lem, you will have the overall responsibility for over 100 dedicated production workers and a management team comprising of 4 experienced and competent managers. The overall task will be to ensure the day-to-day production and ensure capacity and capability for the future production requirements. Further to this, you will be a key player on the factory management team.
Professional background
You have been working with production in a global production facility. This has given you a thorough knowledge of how to manage a production and work with people in a dynamic environment where plans change with a short notice. You should be experienced in motivating people to achieve targets in a safe way with a high level of quality. An educational background corresponding to an Engineering degree is preferred.
Personal qualifications
You are structured and systematic with the ability to analyse, implement, focus, and drive tasks to successful conclusions. You are a strong communicator on all levels in the organization.
