We’re looking for a Senior Product & UX Designer, who is passionate about creating great digital solutions, preferably for devices anchored in the physical world. In CBS (Commercial Building Solutions) we deliver solutions that has a great impact on more than just one household we strive to make solutions that creates a better, and more energy efficient tomorrow, and as a senior designer within CBS you will be focused on creating and designing how our users interact, understand, and configure both their Grundfos products and their energy and water solution through the layers of the digital solutions we create. Your key tasks and responsibilities:
- Distil user research, insights, and good design practice to create our connected product features for the future.
- Sketch solutions, build rapid prototypes, test your ideas, and refine your designs with data and user feedback during the design process.
- Be curious, empathetic, and proactive to deliver innovative app experiences through the latest technologies and within our digital ecosystem of tools and offerings.
- Help evolve and reimagine the pre-existing digital solutions for the customers of CBS.
- Identifying opportunities to address our users pain points, problems and identify opportunities through well designed connected features.
- Work alongside our visual Designers and Developers to ensure that the UI design direction is in line with the proposed connected product experience.
- Be excited to learn about pumps, valves, skids, boosting, setpoints, cascade control, and other domain concepts and technologies.
- Understanding tech limitations, development constraints and knowing where to push vs. where to adapt solutions to be more pragmatic and deliverable.
- Identify the key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving success, constantly validating and refining.
Din profil
As a person we imagine that you describe yourself as curious, pragmatic, and friendly, also we expected that you have:
- Experience working as a UX or Product designer on digital solutions, preferable connected to some sort of physical product.
- Experience working in up-to-date tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe CC or Flinto.
- Are excited about immersing yourself in new topics, able to work with a lot of information to connect the dots and form hypotheses.
- Can prioritize time between multiple projects and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.
- Have skills in journey mapping, user flows, wireframing, rapid prototyping and visual design skills.
- Are proactive, outspoken, and able to think beyond what exists today and push the boundaries of our products/app experiences, to explore new solutions for tomorrow.
- Worked with the business to validate and test value propositions of the digital offerings.
