Are you good at project management with a focus on planning, follow-up, contract management, budget, quality, and motivation? And are you structured in everything you do and enjoy solving project challenges? Then maybe you are our new Project Manager for Wind Services in ProCon Wind Energy A/S.
ProCon Wind Energy’s activities within the renewables industry with focus on onshore and offshore wind activities worldwide are growing globally, and we are therefore looking for a Project Manager to join our service-department on the office in Esbjerg.
The job
As Project Manager in ProCon Wind Energy, you will be provided with a unique opportunity to participate in all relevant disciplines in Wind Power projects. You will establish and maintain a close cooperation with customers, key suppliers, site managers and back office.

The job
As Project Manager in ProCon Wind Energy, you will be provided with a unique opportunity to participate in all relevant disciplines in Wind Power projects. You will establish and maintain a close cooperation with customers, key suppliers, site managers and back office.
This includes:
- Being a part of the project execution process from A – Z.
- Purchasing of components and other materials for projects.
- Guiding and managing blue collars regarding project execution in close collaboration with Site Managers/Supervisors.
- Participating in customer and supplier meetings.
- Managing the project budget in cooperation with our Finance Department.
- Keeping track on project time plan and progress.
- Ensuring a safe and quality focused environment together with our QHSE Department.
- Ad hoc assignments.
You will refer to the Head of Service & Installation.
Expectations to your qualifications
- Technical background e.g., Marine Engineer/Electrician or similar experience with Medium and High Voltage will be an advantage.
- Experience with project management will be an advantage.
- Any experience from offshore/onshore wind industry is an advantage.
- Experience with contracts deliveries.
- Experienced user within Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Danish and English language capabilities at a professional and technical level.
- You are capable of leading service project teams consisting of different administrative supporting functions as well as personnel on site, and capable of taking the needed decisions.
