Our ambitions are great, and therefore we are now looking for a profile that can drive our environmental work with a strategic overview and in an independent way lift the environmental strategy, policy and processes to a new level. If you are passionate about environmental work and want to drive the green agenda in an international company with a clear growth strategy, then you are the one we are looking for.

Your resonsibilities

You will together with your colleagues in Flügger set directions, and drive the agenda in our Environmental Agenda. It’s equally important to inspire, support and drive the different projects that are within this field.

You will also:
• Be the subject matter expert – in all matters related to environmental demands both internally and externally
• Be project manager for “ReColor Production”, with all the associated areas withing reduction of CO2, wastewater, and waste
• Drive development of processes and methods for ensuring our compliance within Environment
• Support our Operational sites in relation to environmental aspects, amongst others with subject matter expertise within municipality reporting
• Development and implement Environmental Risk assessment across our different sites
• Support the global audit program within QHSE
• Support the organization with handling of dangerous goods (ADR)
• Support with good knowledge about rules for classification, labeling and packaging of chemical products.

Passioned and fact-based environmental specialist
We are looking for the candidate, that has great experience with ISO 14001, and that has great knowledge and insight in terms of, climate, environment, sustainability. If you also have experience within quality & health and safety that is a plus. You are used to working with many different functions and have developed a great communication and stakeholder-management skillset.
You have preferably worked within Industry in one of the Scandinavian countries in a QHSE function, with a primary focus on Environment.

Does this sound like you?

You will work in the QHSE group function which is based out of Rødovre. You could potentially work from any of our other Production sites (Kolding, Bollebygd or Gdansk). Since you are supporting the group as a whole, you should expect between 20-40 travel days a year, to our different sites, primarily between Sweden, Denmark and Poland.
