As a company we are on a globalization journey busy reporting team, which is overall responsible for the controlling of more than 35 countries and covering a revenue of approx. DKK 14 billion and 100 reporting companies. You will join Group Reporting and be part of Group Finance, a part of Ramboll’s global finance organization and you will work from our Headquarter in Copenhagen.</p><p>As the FM Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the head of our global facility management and his organization. in matters related to cost management, financial analysis, business planning and performance management. Will be tasked to build up a team that ensures transparency and high quality in our numbers, as well as providing support.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>As a trusted finance partner, you are the custodian of the global performance of Ramboll Facility Management (FM).</li><li>Overall responsibility of financial results and financial planning of the FM Function in Ramboll.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive a continuous cost improvement mindset and proactively identifies opportunities to optimize costs by utilizing data driven spend .</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and the rest of finance.</li><li>Defining, tracking, and maintaining the sets of KPI’s that are used to steer the function.</li><li>Work closely with the Senior Director for Global FM & RE as the trusted finance partner. This involves getting familiar and forming network throughout the global FM function.</li><li>Organizing financial reviews together with Senior Director for Global FM and FM Managers.</li><li>Preparing consolidated overview of FM results, budget etc. Being the one for overall analyses, trends, calculations, and simulations. Support complex business cases.</li><li>Coordinating with local controllers. Sparring with them and guiding them. Getting clear understanding of what’s going on in their areas and how that effects the overall FM Finance scope.</li><li>Official communication towards FDs and CFO and more senior stakeholders in general.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point: </strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company:</p><ul><li>We are looking for people with a strong analytical mindset that can handle multiple tasks and challenges at hand, while maintaining a good sense of urgency.</li><li>You have 7+ years of work experience within financial planning & analysis, and/or experience as a trusted finance partner.</li><li>You thrive of challenging the status que and can put together and execute a plan for change</li><li>You have a positive attitude and have outspoken collaboration skills and work well with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a requirement as you will be leading financial modelling. Experience from working with business intelligence systems is an advantage.
