Financial expert and Commercial interest
To supplement the Finance team, Robert Bosch A/S is now looking for a commercial-oriented Business controller. You will be responsible for the Power Tools Division and become an integral part of the management team, responsible for ensuring that the division is well-equipped to meet its targets.
Reporting to the Head of Controlling Nordics, Karin Luths, you will be part of a diverse, international team working out of the Nordic Headquarters in Ballerup. Your role will involve both reporting tasks and value-adding business partnering activities. You will act as a financial consultant to the senior management team, providing expertise and support to optimize business targets and KPI’s.
You will manage the P&L to optimize performance and ensure reporting accuracy, as well as oversee the relationship with the Headquarter in Germany and Shared Service Center in Romania. Your role will also involve representing global country sales organizations and acting as a consultant to central steering committee with regards to decision making regarding project implementation.
Commercial expertise, analytical aptitude and external auditor relationship management
To succeed in this role, it is ideal that you have a strong commercial background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in managing relationships with external auditors. You hold a relevant education within Finance or Accounting and have worked for some years in a similar role as for instance Financial Controller or Business Controller.
