Mini A Ture in Hellerup is looking for an International Sales Coordinator

- to ensure world class support to MINI A TUREs’ customers across all sales channels

MINI A TURE is now looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join the team at the headquarters in Hellerup. You will work closely together with the CCO as well as other internal teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Product communication.
• Daily sales support like email and phone support, datasheets, portal maintenance etc.
• Order placement.
• Preparing and following up on collection sales, styles and delivery information.
• Movements after closure of collection sales.
• Developing sales statistics and monitoring KPIs and budgets on a continuous basis.
• Claims management and other ad hoc tasks related to wholesale sales support.
• Ad hoc tasks in the office such as show room and collection maintenance.
• Daily support of the global sales organization.

Qualifications

• Product person with passion for kids’ outerwear.
• Experience from a similar position is necessary.
• Naturally service-, support-, and detail oriented.
• Fluent in both English and Danish.
• Confident in German.
• Commercial mind set, organized and efficient.
• Ability to organize multiple projects at a time and work independently.
• Providing work at an efficient level without compromising quality.
• Confident in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Navision or TRIMIT is an advantage.
