About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and competent leader who will be responsible for developing and leading our group offering team and supporting the sales organization. You will play a key role in driving successful deals by developing competitive offerings and ensuring our sales team has the right tools and support to achieve their goals. The role includes being a member of the AMS Management Team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for our offering and sales support and with the extent of the whole area from outsourcing to stand alone services.
  • Leading and coaching a team of offering specialists
  • Collaborating closely with sales managers, other stakeholders cross [xxxxx] and [xxxxx]s partners to identify and meet customer needs
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to ensure our offerings are competitive and differentiated and meet future customer needs

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and offering development in the IT industry
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficient in English both spoken and in writing as you will be collaborating with colleagues in all countries where [xxxxx] is represented
  • Experience of working in a Nordic or global organization is a plus
