What you will do

Join our GMOS Sales team in Holme, Denmark, and be a part of presenting our Marine Products & Services portfolio to maritime fleets worldwide. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers retrofit, maintain, operate, and optimize their HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.

At Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark (GMOS DK), we specialize in supplying innovative service, retrofit, and parts solutions on a global scale. As market leaders in HVAC/R applications for the marine industry, we are committed to continuous transformation, embracing agility, digitalization, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop innovative, competitive, and high-quality estimates and proposals
  • Utilize sales tools effectively to plan and document progress on your accounts
  • Close simple, large, and complex sales of HVAC/R, ensuring targets are met
  • Foster long-term customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Conduct business with the highest ethical standards using Johnson Controls' processes and tools
  • Travel to visit clients and potential clients (approximately 30 travel days per year)

What we're looking for

  • A customer-driven adaptable Sales Manager with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge and/or experience within the marine segment, particularly LNG/and HVAC/R
  • Technical flair for industrial or marine refrigeration and a curiosity to understand and advise customers on complex solutions
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Education in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Project Management, or other relevant technical field
