Then is currently seeking a Sales Support Assistant to be part of a dynamic team and ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative operations.
About the job
As a Sales Support Assistant you will be part of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our B2B customers during the after sales process. Your responsibilities will include communication with the customers, responding to their inquiries, providing them with insightful information and addressing their needs with a customer-centric approach.
It is important that you focus on maintaining our high standard of service and attention to detail, as it is a crucial part of fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers.

- Perform routine administrative task efficiently and accurately
- Confirmation and registration of orders
- Upkeep of customer information in the system
- Claims handling
- Answering customer communication both in email and telephone
- Close corporation and support within the sales force
- Ad hoc administrative tasks in the Sales Back office
