Today, we develop and produce unique and world leading welding robot solutions for the heavy industry in the global market. Inrotech is a dynamic and ambitious growth company, which currently employs 38 employees in Odense. We want to strengthen our sales department and enhance the sales and therefore we are looking for a technically skilled and experienced salesman who can work in a structured way. THE POSITION With reference to the CCO, your primary role will be to identify new customers as well as develop existing customers in selected markets securing sales of the company's products and services. The sale can take place directly or via external representations such as agents, partners and others. Your work also include:

  • Development of sales in selected export markets

  • Retention and further development of existing customers

  • Professionalization and expansion of the sales network in your market

  • Establish close contact with potential customers with the goal of developing feasible contracts

  • Networking, including promotion in territory

  • Prepare sales documents and adapt specifications in relation to the specific project

  • Effective reporting, registration and planning in CRM

  • Participation in marketing campaigns, trade fairs and exhibitions

  • Participation in regional sales activities to gain an understanding of customer relationships and project opportunities

  • Support Global Agent Manager in expanding the agent network by collaborating and seeking agents in your territories/areas

  • Contribute to the department's strategy planning and budgeting


You are expected to have up to approx. 65 travel days a year, where you will meet Inrotech's current and future customers to create and maintain relationships.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have a relevant commercial and/or technical education and background with a focus on B2B sales, technical project sales, collaboration, sales psychology and finance

  • You have both technical and commercial understanding

  • You master technical Danish and English at a high level in both writing and speaking - preferably also German, Spanish or other

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a background from the heavy steel industry, shipbuilding and/or the offshore industry

  • You have previously worked with project sales and export sales in the B2B market


PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS You are a technical salesperson who manages to build trust and build relationships based on your outgoing personality. You are self-driving, outreach and result-oriented, while you have patience and perseverance in long sales processes. Your sales method is based on structure, credibility and good business acumen.
