For this to happen, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager, to provide sales support to Segment Commercial Managers and customers. About the job

You will primarily be assisting our growing wind segment team with sales activities, monitoring projects, order follow up, reporting and communicating with customers upon their requests. In addition, you will be given ad hoc assignments, in coordination with your primary and daily tasks.

Main tasks as Junior Sales Manager:

  • Be familiar in using our price calculator and preparing quotations and offers.
  • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and/or customers, to support identifying and define project requirements, scope, challenges and objectives.
  • Reviewing orders and booking templates to ensure correct order entry in accordance to project scope, objectives and agreement.
  • Monitor daily progress of project specific orders, from order entry to complete delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and mitigating risks on process and procedures for project execution.
  • Follow new and existing projects, to organize and maintain project database, including contracts, reports, and other files for easy access and overview.
  • Report and maintain documentation on sales activities, projects, market information and strategy work.
  • Gathering information on customers and competitors (e.g. company size, capacities, capabilities, product etc.).
  • Preform aftersales to understand customers view on our performance and upcoming requirements, to develop sales plans and strategies.

About you and your strong profile

The right candidate have minimum 1 to 3 years of experience with commercial B2B marketing or B2B sales as a sales representative. If you have a bachelor or master’s degree, it would be an advantage.

To perform in this job role, you need to have:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in Danish and English.
  • Proven ability to offer excellent customer support (commercial aptitude).
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to close including project management (strong business acumen).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Good with numbers, detail-oriented and an analytical mindset.

If you have industry expertise, it would be a clear advantage, but we would also like to invest time in you to teach you this.

We emphasize that you can work independently and take responsibility for initiated activities. You have a structured working method that ensures overview and quality in a busy and exciting everyday life.

Our team

You will be part of an international team of 18 employees in the commercial organization in Denmark, consisting of Marketing & Business Intelligence, Industry Segment Sales, Regional Sales and Middle Office (back office sales support).

You will report to the Segment Director, but also have a functional/professional reference to the 2 Wind Commercial Managers.
