On top of that you will be a part of an impact-driven, passionate and supportive team with a curious and courageous mindset.Your roleReporting directly to the General Manager of 3Shape Audio, the role will lead and drive our commercial agenda spanning across the Sales and Marketing agenda including working with our key accounts. The role is central in 3Shape Audio and will be part of the Audio leadership team setting overall direction for the business unit and strategy ahead.
  • Own, define and deliver the full sales, marketing and key account management agenda including setting functional strategy.
  • Define and drive sales activities to current and new customers in collaboration with Sales & Operations Specialist (e.g., lead/opportunity qualification, customer proposals, subscription management) – you will have a hands-on role in driving sales yourself.
  • Define and facilitate go-to-market activities in collaboration with Product Manager and Marketing Project Manager (e.g., define sales toolbox, lead product launches, drive promotional- and advertising activities).
  • Manage and develop your own team of two employees supporting the sales operations and marketing agenda.
  • Optimize sales, subscription and marketing related processes and systems in collaboration with Customer Care and Sales Operations.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and working relationships with relevant global/corporate functions in 3Shape.
  • Travel to visit customers and attend large commercial events (limited and flexible).
  • We are looking for someone who
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in sales with tech based B2B industries, software or IT services, ideally experience with subscription-based businesses.
  • Possesses a comprehensive commercial toolbox encompassing sales, marketing, and commercial excellence.
  • Has a structured approach to customers, relationship building with excellent communication skills and good senior presence to engage with customers at all levels and functions.
  • Has solid business understanding, with a keen interest in and willingness to learn about the latest technology and software trends.
  • Ideally equipped with proven people management skills or a demonstrated aspiration to develop such skills.
  • Is proficient in working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues from different functions, such as Product Management, Customer Care, and Sales Operations, seeking expertise and collaboration when necessary.
  • Experience in a hearing-aid industry is a plus.
